Wood powder suppression in Wood Working Plants

WLP produces suppression system for wood powder reduction which are released by the wood working in furniture factories and by the sawing of wood.
he working processes in joinery such as cutting, shaving, sanding, beading and other processesproduce a big amount of wood trimmings. To manage such big quantities of dust in a safe and efficient way, WLP has designed systems tosuppressdust which is released by wood workingreducing the quantity of fine dust in the air. WLP system is based on the atomization in the area thanks to the use of dust suppression atomized misting equipment which makes fine dust fall and deposit to the ground, and then itwill not be released again due to the effect of the atomization.
Thanks to the know-how and to its team of technicians WLP can also offer the design of completely automatic plants with the aim of completing the production cycle with the suppression systems.The Software WERPICO has been developed by WLP and can be integrated with the SCADA which are possibly present in the plant, ensuring a very efficient use of the dust suppression systems.
